This leisurely one-day event features some 30 artists showing and selling paintings, ceramics, glass wood works, glass, photography and mixed media in a dazzling array of light and color. DuPage Children’s Museum will be doing kids street art to the sounds of jazz and Samba music throughout. There will be plenty of patio seating at your favorite Water Street restaurants, not to mention ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s, icy coffee creations from Sparrow Roastery and our own splash pad along the Riverwalk to keep your tootsies cool. Downtown Naperville is sponsoring their Sizzling Summer Sidewalk Sale July 9-12 so you can enjoy plenty of browsing and shopping all weekend long.
Celebrate the Dog Days of Summer with the display of artist-rendered doggie sculptures throughout downtown. In addition, River Sounds returns to Jaycees Park Tuesdays starting July 7. Music begins at 6:30 in the park and then switches to performances in the river later in the evening.
